Leading Hamilton Real Estate Figure No. 1 for Harcourts
One of Hamilton’s legendary real estate figures, Shaun Cosgrave of Harcourts’ Hamilton – Glenview office has been announced as Harcourts’ Number 1 National Sales Consultant for the 2003-2004 year.
The announcement was made last night at the black tie Awards Dinner concluding Harcourts' annual three day Conference, believed to be New Zealand’s largest ever real estate Conference with over 1,100 attending.
Bryan Thomson, CEO of Harcourts New Zealand said, "Shaun treats his clients so very very well and would have to be one of the premiere volume real estate consultants anywhere in the world.”
Mr Thomson added, “He is exceptionally devoted to working to the highest standards in the real estate profession and is also one of the most systemised sales consultants in the business, taking every step to sell a property to ensure outstanding results for his clients.”
Shaun has also been recognised by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand in 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2002 as the Number 1 residential salesperson for the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne Region.
Alison Aitken from Christchurch City was announced as the Number 2 National Sales Consultant. Alison has been Harcourts’ Number 1 National Sales Consultant for the last four years and earlier this month was recognised as Harcourts’ Top Canterbury Sales Consultant for the fifth year in a row.
Denise Pollard from Harcourts Remuera was announced as the Number 3 National Sales Consultant for the second year in a row. Earlier this month Denise was awarded Harcourts’ Top Northern Region Sales Consultant for the fourth time.
