International recognition for The Hyperfactory
Multi-award winning wireless innovators, The Hyperfactory, has been short listed for the prestigious Global Messaging Awards for a campaign it conducted for client Dulux using the HYPER'CRM suite of products.
The solution enables Dulux's trade customers to communicate with the company and its representatives in a way that is convenient, accessible and cost effective for them. The communication platform was implemented in collaboration with Telecom.
"We feel very privileged to be considered against such strong competition," says Geoffrey Handley, Sales & Marketing Director of The Hyperfactory. "The calibre of the other companies and products short listed for the awards is an encouraging indication of the breadth and innovation, not to mention growing importance, of the text message communication in every day life - regardless of geography."
The awards are organised as a joint initiative between Global Messaging Congress and industry body 160 Characters; the winners will be announced at a gala dinner in London next week.
