New Mantrack GM aims to focus 500 years’ experience on outstanding client service
A man who specialises in optimising staff development and customer service, Mr Paul Brown, has been appointed General Manager of the leading web-based integrated payroll and management software systems company, Mantrack.
He will be responsible for focussing company resources on customer needs during a time of strong expansion in Australia and New Zealand, said Mantrack Managing Director Mr Bruce Sullivan, who will now focus his efforts on enhancing the company’s technology advantages.
“Working in support of Australian and New Zealand Mantrack Managers Tony Tiftis and Denis Pivac, it will be Paul Brown’s role to equip the company and our clients for the future as we enhance our service to more than 300 existing companies and plan further growth on both sides of the Tasman,” he said. “Paul’s role will be very hands-on, as he optimises the performance of a Mantrack team that collectively has more than 500 years experience in on-line payroll and management systems. Through a culture of team-based leadership, he will capitalise on this excellent resource to improve the company’s fitness and market focus so as to ideally equip both ourselves and our clients for a rapidly changing future.”
Mr Brown has more than 25 years managerial experience across a broad range of industries, including aviation, construction, logistics, materials handling, property and security.
“I spent a good part of my business life demanding service, and the last 15 years delivering it,” said Mr Brown. “I believe strongly that the environment in which people work will determine their output. Accordingly it is fundamental to our customer service that we encourage a team environment in which we optimise our abilities by sharing knowledge and helping each other to produce a business that can embrace change and help customers to do the same so as to optimise their future.”
Mantrack’s integrated suite of web-based online payroll and management systems are designed to eliminate time-consuming paper trails while delivering information more quickly to both management and employees. They are typically used by organisations employing several hundred employees or more. Central to Mantrack’s system are its Affinity advanced employee information software for in-house or outsourced applications, and its PayOffice total outsourced payroll management suite of modules that can be used individually or integrated to form a powerful management tool.
Mantrack’s comprehensive outsourced payroll service has been evolved over 19 years to serve many Australia and New Zealand’s leading companies, including AAMI, Affco, Avis, Babcock International, BASF, Burger King, Caltex, Capral, Chubb, Coca Cola, DB Breweries, Envirowaste, Fedex, Frucor, GE Commercial, John Sands, Jenny Craig, Pfizer Laboratories, Pilkington, Singapore Airlines, Stamford and Sheraton Hotels, St Lukes and Cabrini Hospitals, Ravensdown Fertilizers, Four Seasons Hotels, Repco, Silicon Graphics, and regional health and local government authorities.
