Extra Flights For Air Pacific
Air Pacific will add a 152-seat Boeing 737-800 flight between Nadi and Auckland on Sundays from December 7. Air Pacific flights between Auckland and Fiji will total 12 weekly offering 4640 seats. Nadi to Melbourne flights will increase to five with two B747-400 and three 767-300 flights weekly providing 3300 seats.
This compares to only 1,290 seats weekly only 18 months ago, and represents a growth of 156 per cent. Air Pacific will now offer three flights from Nadi to Auckland on Sundays with morning, middle of day and late afternoon departures to meet all travel patterns. Flights on five days per week to Melbourne including two 458 seats B747s, will ensure the market can continue to grow.
