Electricity Lines Business: Price Path Threshold
– Conference Details
The Commerce Commission will hold a four day conference next week on its draft decisions regarding resetting the price
path threshold.
The conference is part of the Commission’s consultation with interested parties on the development of a targeted control
regime for electricity lines businesses.
On 5 September 2003, the Commission released a paper that set out its draft decisions on resetting the price path
threshold from 2004. The conference is an opportunity for interested parties to present their submissions orally and for
the Commission to ask questions based on those submissions.
The conference will be held from Monday 3 November to Thursday 6 November 2003, in the ground floor conference room
located at 44-52 The Terrace, Wellington.

The Commission received 20 submissions on the draft decisions. All submissions are published on the Commission’s
website, www.comcom.govt.nz (select Electricity Lines Businesses and then Submissions from Interested Parties).
