New Zealand's Leaders Real Estate Limited Converts to RE/MAX

Following months of analysis and discussion, the second largest independent real estate organization in New Zealand,
Leaders Real Estate (1987) Limited, has become RE/MAX Leaders Real Estate.
With 21 offices in the greater Wellington area and 250 sales associates, the firm completed more than 7000 transactions
last year -- an average of 28 per agent -- producing a sales volume of $30 million and a 40 percent market share.

estate veteran as operations director. Within weeks, discussions began with Leaders Real Estate regarding a conversion
