Banking And Finance Specialist Joins Duncan Cotterill’s Auckland Team
Trans-Tasman law firm Duncan Cotterill has added a wealth of experience to its Auckland team, through the appointment of
Terence Ng as an Associate.
Terence specialises in banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, and also general commercial property matters.
His wide range of commercial experience includes advising banks, financial institutions, borrowers and brokers on a wide
range of banking and finance issues.
Terence’s strong analytical and research skills and enhanced practical skills enable him to deliver a high standard of
service to all of his clients.
Terence has developed his expertise in the commercial law field through working for a reputable Auckland-based
commercial law firm and through completing a Master of Laws degree, which he gained from the University of Auckland in
2001.
As well as being a member of the New Zealand Law Society and Auckland District Law Society, Terence has also been
admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Banking
and Finance.
