First Quarter Results Announcement – Wednesday 16 April 2003
You are invited to attend Carter Holt Harvey Limited’s quarter ended 31 March 2003 results presentation, to be held at
The Westin, Sydney, No 1 Martin Place at 10am with results pack available from 9.30am.
The schedule for the morning is set out below (times are Sydney Australia based):
9.30am Result released through the New Zealand and Australian Stock Exchanges 9.30am Result available to
attendees at The Westin, Sydney and emailed to all usual recipients 10.00am- 11.00am Presentation
11.10am-11.30am Media Q for those attending the presentation 11.30am-12.00pm Radio/TV interviews with Peter Springford 12.00pm –
12.30pm Conference call including Q
There will be no lock up prior to the commencement of the presentation but to ensure attendees at The Westin are not
disadvantaged, there will be a delay of 30 minutes before the presentation begins and a copy of the release will be made
available to them from 9.30am.
