Publicis Group has promoted Stu Hinds and Simon Morgan to the roles of Creative Director and General Manager respectively of Publicis Rainger.
The appointments are immediate and follow the recent resignations of General Manager Ant Salmon and Creative Director Joe Holden.
Publicis director Paul McElwain says the promotions are recognition of Stu and Simon’s reputations and expertise. “They have both made enormous contributions to the company and we are very pleased that Publicis Rainger has the depth of talent that enables us to make these appointments internally. Stu and Simon will lead the company to the next level in delivering powerful direct marketing solutions and client-focussed holistic thinking.”
In addition, Publicis has appointed Peter Hunt as a Team Leader for Publicis Rainger. Peter will head a number of accounts including Mighty River Power. Peter is a senior professional in the industry, having recently returned to New Zealand after five years in U.K. working in direct and integrated communications.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Peter to the team,” says Paul. “He has a wealth of communications experience and is already well known to many of our staff and clients.”
