A health professional and mother of six from Dunedin, the business development manager of a fast growing translation
service in Wellington and the e.business expert behind Auckland International Airport are the three finalists in the New
Zealand Institute of Management 2002 Young Executive of the Year Awards.
The winner will be named at this year's Deloitte/Management magazine Top 200 Awards to be held in Auckland Thursday
November 28.
Andrea McLeod is Manager Health Promotion at Public Health South based in Dunedin. Equipped with degrees in management,
midwifery and music, she manages both a busy home and a career that included a stint running her own midwife practice.
Zofia Skrzynski is just 28 and Business Development Manager of New Zealand Translation Centre in Wellington. Her diverse
language skills, business acumen and drive have her at the heart of knowledge economy with her company providing
translation services to a rapidly growing local and international client list.
Stephen Williamson is a key member of the management team that has taken Auckland International Airport to be ranked one
of the world's best airports. For the past six years the 32 year old analyst has been shaping and guiding the company's
e-business and technology goals.
Judges for this year’s Awards are Beverley Wakem, from the Higher Salaries Commission, Garry Wilson, CEO of Accident
Compensation Corporation and Nick Calavrias, CEO of Steel & Tube.
