Telecommunications Access Determination: Conference Details
The Commerce Commission will hold a two-day conference on Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 September, on its draft determination on the interconnection dispute between TelstraClear Limited and Telecom New Zealand Limited.
The determination, issued last month, deals with the price and non-price terms for interconnection of the two networks.
The conference is for TelstraClear and Telecom, and interested parties, to make oral presentations based on submissions to the Commission and for the Commission to ask questions. Any media representatives interested in attending should contact Jackie Maitland (details below).
The conference will be held at Level 5, CSI House, 166 Featherston Street, Wellington.
The draft determination, as well as various submissions, are available at the Commission’s website at http:// http://www.comcom.govt.nz/telecommunications.
