David Carter's statement about there being a done deal with Qantas is totally incorrect and all the assertions he has
made are factually wrong.
At the point where the Board of Air New Zealand makes any decision of strategic significance it will be announced
immediately to the market through the New Zealand and Australian Stock Exchanges.
