Richmond Guest House And AA Reach Amicable Settlement

“With the assistance of the mediation service of the Human Rights Commission, the Richmond Guest House and the New Zealand Automobile Association have reached an amicable settlement.
The parties have agreed that the Richmond Guest House will be advertised in the next AA Accommodation Guide and a programme has been agreed including a Qualmark assessment.”
