Contact Energy – Appointment Of Ernst & Young As New Company Auditor
Contact Energy Ltd announced today that it has appointed Ernst & Young as the company’s auditor through to the next Annual General Meeting, which is expected to take place in the first
quarter of next year.
Shareholders will be asked to confirm the appointment of Contact’s new auditor at that meeting.
The appointment has been made necessary by the withdrawal of services in New Zealand by Contact’s previous auditor,
Andersen.
