Cairns Lockie Offers Borrowers A Fresh Start

As a result of the success of its Non-Conforming Home Loan released in December, mortgage bankers Cairns Lockie Limited announced today the expansion of its product range to include Fresh Start.
Fresh Start is a product best suited to borrowers who do not meet the lending criteria of A Grade lenders for a number of reasons including credit problems.
The product gives such borrowers a Fresh Start, and some time to get their credit history sorted out.
Mr Lockie reported that "Cairns Lockie had seen very strong demand for its Non-Conforming Home Loan released in December." "We have done a good number of loans for borrowers with adverse credit issues, many of whom would be unable to get finance from conventional sources" he said, "Borrowers have been requesting product enhancements such as principal and interest loans, and larger loan amounts. Fresh Start had been released to accommodate these requests".
