New director joins CACI Group
James Hill has been appointed a director of CACI Group Ltd. Managing partner of KPGM Auckland for eight years, Mr Hill has wide-ranging business experience in both New Zealand and overseas.
He was chairman of the establishment units for both the Yellow Bus Company and Metro Water and has worked for the World Bank and the Asian Development bank in the areas of institutional reform and corporatisation.
Managing director of CACI group, David Smith, said Mr Hill’s experience would be extremely valuable as the company continued its expansion in New Zealand and worked to develop its prospects in overseas markets.
A New Capital Markets listed company CACI group has 16 franchised appearance medicine and beauty therapy clinics throughout New Zealand. It also operates wholly owned clinics in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.
