Mainland Receives Commerce Commission Clearance To Acquire Southern Fresh
The Commerce Commission today cleared Mainland Products Limited, and its interconnected corporate bodies, to acquire up
to 100% of shares or assets of the Southern Fresh Milk Company Limited.
Commerce Commission Chair John Belgrave said the Commission is satisfied that because of the particular circumstances of
the proposed acquisition, it would not substantially lessen competition in any market.
