Someone has topped up more than the petrol tank when he or she visited BP's Papakura Motorway Service Area early this month. The bank balance will get a bit of a boost too!
That's because the lucky motorist has won a $10,000 weekly draw in the Kachingo! customer rewards programme. The prize is yet to be claimed.
Whoever it was visited BP Papakura on Monday, January 7, 2002 and gained three Kachingo! game lines.
The winning game line contains the numbers 02, 11, 17, 19, 20, 23 and the power number 03 and is valid for a draw date of January 13.
Kachingo! organisers are also looking for a motorist who shopped at BP Balmoral in Auckland the week before on Thursday, January 3. That person's single game line won the $10,000 Kachingo! weekly draw for January 6.
The game line numbers for the earlier ticket are 07, 13, 19, 21, 26, 27 and the power number is 15.
It's easy to check whether you have a lucky winning ticket. You can take it to any Kachingo! partner store, go online at www.kachingo.co.nz or check the numbers on Teletext.
The prizes can be claimed from Global Online Promotions by telephoning 0-9-309 4055.
BP spokesperson Jane Diver says the latest winner could live virtually anywhere in the country.
"That particular southern motorway service area gets thousands of vehicles passing through every day. The person holding the winning ticket could be from anywhere in the country seeing it's the holiday season," Ms Diver says.
In Kachingo! there are daily prize draws for $1,000, weekly draws for $10,000 and the big cash monthly draw of $250,000 that several times a year is expected to increase to $1 million.
