Green Acres Is New Zealand’s Top Performing Franchise
Auckland, 15 November, 2001 – New Zealand’s largest home services franchise, Green Acres, won the prestigious Franchise Performance award at the Franchise Association’s recent annual Business Awards.
This award is given to New Zealand’s top performing franchise and is judged on criteria such as financial and HR management, customer satisfaction and market exposure.
“We are thrilled to receive the award for New Zealand’s top performing franchise,” says Green Acres Executive Director, Logan Sears. “The award is recognition of Green Acres’ high quality financial and human resources management, but also acknowledges our franchisees’ dedication and hard work in achieving excellent all round customer satisfaction.”
“Green Acres treats its customers as number one, and regards quality service and trust as crucial in every step of the business relationship. This is why we are New Zealand’s most successful home service franchise with 70,000 plus customers,” says Sears.
The judging panel convened by UNITEC’s Professor Gael McDonald, commented on Green Acres’ very professional approach to expanding their business into electrical, painting and plumbing, which was exceptional and a first within New Zealand franchising.
Green Acres’ new company, Trade Services, is listed on the Secondary Board of the New Zealand Stock Exchange, and completes the range of services that clients can get in and around the home.
