Auckland, 15 November, 2001 – Fletcher Challenge Forests advises that the resolutions which were put to shareholders at
the company’s Annual Shareholder Meeting yesterday were all passed with the required majority.
The resolutions included the reappointment of Sir Dryden Spring, T N McFadgen,
R H Fisher, S N Hurley, W A Larsen, S L Moriarty and M C Walls as Directors; the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers
as Auditor; and the adoption of a new Constitution.
