CLEAR Communications Appoints New Executive General Manager - Networks
CLEAR Communications today announced that Neil Miranda will be joining the company as Executive General Manager - Networks.
Mr Miranda will lead, develop and optimise CLEAR's network resources, enabling CLEAR to offer faster and better services and new levels of choice and value for customers. He joins the company on 2 July 2001.
CLEAR Chief Executive Peter Kaliaropoulos said "CLEAR is determined to be a leader in voice and data network solutions and on-line services in New Zealand. Neil's operational expertise and strong customer focus will be valuable contributions to our team."
Mr Miranda has over 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industries through various appointments in Asia, the Middle East, United States and since 1988, New Zealand. He has held a variety of business management and consulting roles with companies such as WANG, IBM and Datacom NZ. Most recently he was responsible for leading the planning, implementation and management of one of the world's largest commercial Internet Protocol networks within the Ministry of Social Policy.
