Three Independent Directors Appointed

The Global Dairy Company board has appointed three independent directors, John Roadley, Chairman of Global Dairy Company, announced today.
“The three independent directors will bring different skills and knowledge to the table and an outside perspective of the industry,” Mr Roadley said. “They will make an important contribution to moving the merger forward and building New Zealand’s biggest company.”
The three independent directors are Graeme Hawkins, John Hood and Michael Smith.
Mr Hawkins and Dr Hood have been asked to play key roles in appointing a CEO for Global Dairy Company.
