CLEAR Offers Affordable Web Sites

Published: Tue 27 Mar 2001 04:27 PM
CLEAR Net has unveiled a new web site package which can get a small business online for just a couple of hundred dollars.
CLEAR's FirstSite is currently being offered to existing customers and will be launched nationwide in April.
Businesses can choose a one, three or four-page web site template. Set up costs range from just $69 for the one-page setup to $289 for the four page site. Monthly web hosting fees of $5 to $15 a month also apply.
New users simply have to fill in a form, choosing one of 18 styles, and the information is entered into a web template with the company logo.
CLEAR's web hosting manager Craig Tikao says the new packages are ideal for small to medium sized businesses seeking a quick, simple and cost-effective web presence. An easy-to-use updating tool is included so that web site owners can make changes, and customers can also later upgrade to a largersite.
The new service is being provided through CLEAR by FulfilNET, a web design company which has developed the template-driven web site provision.
FulfilNET's David Mayman says the company has developed a large collection of templates and has developed a web factory model for constructing high volumes of entry level web sites. FulfilNET will also be offering product enhancements on an ongoing basis. ENDS
