CLEAR Appoints New Ebusiness Manager

CLEAR Communications has promoted Drew Gilpin to the position of General Manager - Ebusiness Solutions.
Mr Gilpin has been manager of CLEAR's business ISP CLEAR Net since July last year. In his new role, he also takes on responsibility for CLEAR's free ISP, ZFREE, as well as CLEAR's ecommerce, emarketing and IP development teams. Mr Gilpin will report to Ian Scherger, Executive General Manager of Business Markets for CLEAR.
"The alignment of the CLEAR Net, ZFREE, ecommerce and IP Development business units will enable CLEAR to offer a comprehensive range of IP and ISP services," said Gilpin. "CLEAR has huge competency in this area, and is looking first to integrate then leverage these skills for the benefit of our business customers."
Mr Gilpin has an extensive background in sales and marketing in the IT industry, including recent roles at Terabyte Interactive and Advantage Group Limited.
