“Don’t put off until tomorrow what you should start today” is the message coming from Tony Gordon, President of the
Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) on a visit from the United Kingdom this week.
“People should plan carefully for their future, today and not tomorrow,” said Tony Gordon.
His comments follow a recent MDRT survey of members in New Zealand, where it is estimated that over 30% of people in New
Zealand are significantly underinsured.
“Private retirement saving has been one of the single biggest issues for consumers over the last few years,” said
Gordon. “Even with plans for pre-funded superannuation funds in New Zealand, it is critically important that people also
continue to save for their retirement. It is important to safeguard for the future ”
“And it pays to shop around and find a reputable adviser who can help plan your future with confidence,” said Gordon.
