Commission releases Shell/FCE decision, visit www.comcom.govt.nz
The Commerce Commission has released the public copy of its decision declining to clear Shell Exploration Company BV to acquire Fletcher Challenge Energy (FCE).
The decision is available from the Commission's website, www.comcom.govt.nz, and can be down loaded to your computer.
On Thursday last week the Commission announced its decision and stated that the full decision would be available early this week.
