CommSoft Group Admitted To Australian Stock Exchange
Auckland - CommSoft Group Limited today announced that it had received conditional approval for admission to the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) yesterday.. Shares were allocated yesterday, and notices of entitlement were being sent to shareholders today. Trading will begin next week. The shares will be traded on both the New Zealand and Australian stock exchanges under the code CSG. The IPO was underwritten by UBS Warburg Australia Limited.
