One of New Zealand's leading Industry Training Organisations (ITO) has appointed a national training manager to improve the training resources available for the industries it represents.
Competenz, formerly NZ Engineering Food and Manufacturing ITO, has employed Roni McClenaghan to fulfill this newly created role to improve the systems which facilitate efficient industry training as well as identify and create new training opportunities.

"Competenz has established this important position to ensure that we provide our apprentices, trainees and employers with a high level of training support. We are committed to continually improving our effectiveness for the industries we serve and Roni's appointment is another way we are achieving this," he says.
Roni brings a wealth of expertise to Competenz with more than 10 years experience in the personnel area having worked in government, retail, light industry and food manufacturing.
