PA CONSULTING GROUP LAUNCHES CUBIKS, A NEW VENTURE FROM NEW ZEALAND'S LEADING REMUNERATION CONSULTANCY
PA Consulting Group, the leading management, systems and technology consultancy announces today the launch of Cubiks, a
new venture company within the PA Group. Formerly known as PA's assessment and development practice, Cubiks will
specialise in helping businesses worldwide to improve their performance through the use of e-based tools and services
that accelerate and improve the HR decision making process. The New Zealand Salary Survey will continue to form a major
part of Cubik's business. Addressing a broad range of areas such as candidate screening, management assessment, staff
development, management training and strategic remuneration, Cubiks will provide innovative new products and consultancy
services for the HR market.
Jon Moynihan, executive chairman of PA Consulting Group and interim CEO of Cubiks, comments:

pioneering web-based system that makes it possible for employers to accurately measure the personality of candidates and
employees with the minimum of cost and inconvenience. This is the first in a planned line of similar Internet products
from Cubiks.

traditional competency-based frameworks and measure performance and potential in accurate and effective ways. With 16
offices in 14 countries Cubiks, like PA, will be able to offer its clients a genuinely global service. The company's
plans for expansion are ambitious and further Cubiks offices in different regions around the world are due to open in
the near future.
