Clear Communications Release
CLEAR Communications Limited today announced that Tim Cullinane, CLEAR's Chief Executive and Managing Director has resigned from the company, effective from June 30 2000.
When BT purchased the shares of Todd and TVNZ to become 100% owners of CLEAR in June 1999, Mr Cullinane agreed to oversee the transition period and CLEAR's integration into BT. This process is well advanced and will be completed by June 2000.
An announcement as to who will take over the leadership of CLEAR will be made in due course.
Mr Cullinane has agreed to remain a consultant to CLEAR to provide continuity and to provide ongoing input to BT after June.
Mr Richard Slogrove, President BT Asia-Pacific, said: "Tim has made a significant contribution to CLEAR and BT and we are very pleased that his association with the company will continue."
