FARMERS OFFERS HOME LOAN SERVICE
Farmers Trading Company Limited has announced the expansion of their financial sector operations through the creation of a new entity, Farmers Home Loan Service (FHLS).
Farmers Home Loan Service represents products from a select group of highly reputable New Zealand financial institutions - AMP Banking, The National Bank, Sovereign and WestpacTrust.
Therefore, FHLS is in a position to offer consumers a range of financial services products specifically tailored to meet individual needs. Farmers Home Loan Services will initially be available in Manukau, Howick, Pakuranga and Papakura.
Farmers Trading Company Limited Managing Director, Wayne Walden believes the advent of FHLS is timely.
"In an increasingly complicated home loan market, consumers are seeking assistance from providers they know and trust. Through FHLS, consumers now have free access to a skilled home loan advocate backed by Farmers - a company that has been in the consumer credit and insurance services market for many decades.
"Our customers will also receive unique benefits from the Farmers group designed to enhance and add value to the FHLS offer," Mr Walden said.
While an area-by-area roll out to meet public demand is planned, South East Auckland was considered the most appropriate region in which to launch FHLS.
"Not only can the roll out be controlled by Farmers National Support Centre which is located in East Tamaki, but the region is also undergoing significant growth. This strategic launch approach will ensure all fulfilment requirements are in place before we make this offer in other regions," Mr Walden said.
In announcing the establishment of FHLS, Mr Walden also said Farmers would be exploring further expansion options in the financial services sector.
"We have become a true `one-stop-shop' - we can help our clients buy, insure and furnish their home. And, we are the only established and reputable retailer offering quality home loan services coupled with a unique programme of retailer benefits. We will be looking to build on this reputation by offering a competitive suite of services to meet even more of our customers' financial needs," Mr Walden said.
