Journalist Smuggles Out Indonesian Plans - A freelance journalist has smuggled a map out of West Timor outlining Indonesians plans to disperse 100,000 East Timorese across the archipelago. The journalist also says militia are grouping on the border between the two territories, they are being armed with automatic weapons. He says the map outlines resettlement sites for about 40,000 families who have fled or have been forced at gunpoint from East Timor following post referendum violence.
