"Serious crash – Mangatawhiri Road, Waikato"
Emergency services are responding to a serious crash on Mangatawhiri Road, Mangatawhiri, Waikato.
The crash, involving a truck and pedestrian, was reported around 8.30pm.
The pedestrian is reported to have received critical injuries.
The road is blocked and diversion are in place on Bell Road and Mangatangi Road.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
