"Jetboat incident, West Coast - name release"
The jetboater missing on the Taramakau River on the West Coast is believed to be 29-year-old Daniel McLellan-Skeggs, from Christchurch.
The search for Mr McLellan-Skeggs has today been temporarily suspended due to conditions on the river.
The Police National Dive Squad is not actively searching today, nor are any land-based crews.
The search will be reassessed tomorrow.
