Police seek information after stock theft in Waimumu, Southland
Police would like to hear from anybody who was in, or passing through, the Waimumu area south-west of Gore, between
Sunday 21 and Sunday 28 April 2019 following the theft of hundreds of sheep last month.
Police are investigating the loss of 320 sheep from a Waimumu address, valued at an estimated $65,000.
Eight rams were also taken, which had very distinctive orange spray paint marks on their backs.
