Name release - Porirua homicide

"Name release - Porirua homicide"
Police are now able to release the name of the man who died in Porirua on Thursday 9 May.
He was 23-year-old father of three Hone Hotiki Pawa, a local man.
Police extend their sympathies to his family and friends.
Detective Senior Sergeant Christiaan Barnard, Kapiti-Mana Investigations Manager, says enquiries into the circumstances of Hone’s death are ongoing.
"The scene examination was completed late last night and the road is re-opened.
“We are making steady progress with our investigation and I would like to thank the residents of Porirua for their assistance so far."
