Police responding to incident in Russell

Police are currently responding to a report of a threat being made at a premise in Russell.
The report was received at about 10.45am.
The building has been evacuated as a precaution and cordons are being established.
Police are advising members of the public to stay away from areas around The Strand, Cass Street and York Street, including the Russell Wharf.
Police enquiries are underway and there is no further information at this time.
