Clover Park shooting - update

Detective Inspector Tofilau Faa Va'aelua, Counties Manukau CIB:
Police are continuing to appeal to the public for information following the fatal shooting of a man in Clover Park during the weekend.
The man died following the incident at a property on Darnell Crescent around 10.30pm on Saturday April 20.
Police can confirm the victim was 39-year-old Siaosi Tulua.
Our sympathies are with his family at this time.
A post-mortem has since been carried out and has confirmed that Mr Tulua died from a gunshot wound.
A scene examination is ongoing and is expected to continue for several days.
Detective Inspector Tofilau Faa Va’aelua urges anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in the area on Saturday evening to contact Police.
“We believe there are people who know who is responsible, and we urge them to do the right thing and come forward to Police,” he says.
