"Police appeal for witnesses following fatal crash"
New Plymouth police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal crash on Junction Road, Inglewood, New Plymouth.
The two-car crash occurred around 7.45am on Saturday 23 March and involved a red 2014 Suzuki SX4 saloon and a grey 2015 Toyota Hi Lux utility.
One person died, one person remains in Taranaki Base Hospital ICU in a stable condition, and five other people were discharged from hospital on Saturday.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who was in the area around the time of the crash is asked to contact New Plymouth police on 06 759 5500.
