Severe rain forecast Friday-Saturday West Coast South Island

We are encouraging all road users to be vigilant on the South Island’s West Coast highways and roads from tomorrow (Friday) afternoon and into Saturday with heavy rain forecast.
Be prepared for possible surface flooding, debris and slips. Please keep your speeds down, and watch out for possible speed restrictions. Use your lights.
