Murder charge following death in Snells Beach

Waitemata Police are investigating the death of a 35-year-old man at Snells Beach near Warkworth overnight following an argument between two people known to each other.
The incident was reported to Police shortly after 11.30pm last night.
A 33-year-old man has been arrested and will appear in the North Shore District Court today charged with murder.
A scene examination is ongoing today and residents in the area will notice a strong Police presence.
