"Information sought following aggravated robbery in Hamilton "
Statement attributable to Detective Reece Durston
Hamilton Police are looking for help from the public to identify the peoplr pictured following an aggravated robbery in Hamilton this afternoon.
At around 1:50pm two people have entered the River Road Food Market, Hamilton armed with a screwdriver and knife.
They have targeted cigarettes and cash before fleeing in a stolen white Mazda Familia registration DDQ293 heading south on River Road, Hamilton.
The female owner was not hurt however was obviously very upset at what had occurred, police are offering her support at this time.
The suspects and vehicle are still outstanding and police require public assistance.
