Sergeant Vince Ranger, Police Search and Rescue:
Police are continuing the search for Jack Macnicol on the west coast south of Raglan.
Jack went fishing on Saturday with family members at Papanui Point, often known as Ruapuke Rock, and was swept off the rocks by a wave.
The search effort to date has included the Police helicopter, Coastguard boats, Coastguard air support, surf lifesaving, and Waikato Police Search and Rescue group.
Family and friends have bolstered the search effort, and Police will be assessing the search on a daily basis.
The circumstances of Jack's disappearance will be referred to the Coroner.
