Police can now confirm the name of one of the men who died in a crash between a car and a bus near Kingston on 1
November.
He is 23-year-old American Spencer Jason Hom Dow, who died at the scene.
The second man, who died overnight, is also a 23-year-old American.
He cannot yet be named.
Inquiries into the cause of the crash are still being investigated.
The matter has been referred to the Coroner.
