Woman charged after dangerous driving incident in Hamilton

A 51-year-old woman has been charged with dangerous driving following an incident caught on dash camera footage by another motorist in July.
The over-taking manoeuvre on Lee Martin Road in Tamahere was not reported to Police at the time.
An investigation into the incident was launched when Hamilton Police became aware of the footage online.
The woman is due to appear in the Hamilton District Court on the 28 th of August.
As the matter is now before the court Police is not in a position to comment further at this stage.
