"Arrest made in relation to Dunedin assault"
Attributable to Detective Sergeant Dylan Ross:
Dunedin Police have today arrested a man in relation to an assault at Mobil Forbury on Saturday night.
The 43-year-old victim of the assault was taken to Dunedin Hospital with serious injuries, where he remains in a stable condition.
We would like to thank members of the public who have come forward with information which has helped lead us to make an arrest.
A 25-year-old Dunedin man is due in Dunedin District Court tomorrow, June 12, charged with wounding with reckless disregard.
