Three Upper Hutt teens are assisting Police with enquiries following several burglaries at Upper Hutt College.
Computer and CCTV equipment was stolen during three burglaries over the last two months and, on one occasion, the school was extensively tagged and covered in graffiti.
On Sunday 20 May, Police were advised of a yet another possible burglary to the school and that three youths had been seen acting suspiciously around the college before leaving the grounds in a hurry.
Police attended and located three people a short distance from the school.
Stolen property was located on them.
A subsequent search warrant was executed at a nearby address which uncovered a substantial amount of stolen property.
The teens, aged 15-16, will be referred to Youth Services Hutt Valley.
