We are into the last hours now for submissions on our 2018-2028 Long Term Plan.
The deadline for submissions is 4pm today.
Go to our website at www.tcdc.govt.nz/ltp to make a submission on our proposals and tell us what else you'd like to see from Council in the next 10 years. Or you
can send us an email to consultation@tcdc.govt.nz. There are also hard copy submissions forms available at our council offices and district libraries.
The Long Term Plan is our main way of setting priorities for Council spending, identifying who should pay for what
Council services and what exactly our services should be.
We have an annual expenditure of $85M and it's important that our residents, ratepayers and our communities take part in
setting where that funding should be utilised to make this a great district to live.
"We won't have another major consultation like this until 2021 so we encourage you to make the most of this opportunity
to shape the future of our district," says our Mayor Sandra Goudie.
