Police are continuing to investigate the theft of Warriors gear stolen from a vehicle in Torbay and can now release CCTV images of the alleged offenders.
At approximately 4.10am on Monday 26 March, two offenders broke into a van containing Warriors players’ uniforms, GPS units and a video drone among other items.
Police now have images of the alleged offenders and the vehicles used in the burglary and would like to hear from anyone who can help us identify them so they can help us with our enquiries.
“Someone will know who these people are and may recognise them from these images. We’re asking anyone who knows anything about this incident to do the right thing and report it to police immediately so we can return the gear to the team,” said Detective Sergeant Dean Miles
If you have any information that could help our investigation, please contact Detective Sergeant Dean Miles at the North Shore Policing Centre on (09) 477 5004.
Alternatively, information can also be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
