"Further arrests in Operation Notus"
Bay of Plenty Police have today arrested another two men in relation to Operation Notus.
Two men, aged 33 and 60-years-old, were arrested today in Whakatane.
They will be appearing in Rotorua District Court tomorrow on charges including; supplying, possession for supply and offering to supply methamphetamine.
Thirty-four people were arrested yesterday, which brings the total number of arrests so far to 36.
As part of ongoing enquiries, staff also located approximately 100 cannabis plants in the Matahina Forest area, near Kawerau.
